Team Lady Fowlers was established in March of 2016 as part of the Hunting for Knowledge, Mentoring Women for Tomorrow program. Our goal is to impart knowledge, skills, and confidence to new hunters through hands-on training. Our primary focus is waterfowling, but the individuals that comprise TLF have diverse strengths and interests, and our programming reflects these talents. 

TLF are volunteers working together to further the goals of the Team, run by a board of directors. The Team hosts many events during the year, including community training days, the Ladies Mentored Hunt weekend, workshops, team hunts, and fundraisers. TLF is also involved in a number of annual events and outdoors-oriented programming across Manitoba, including the Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) program put on by the Manitoba Wildlife Federation, Wolverine Days, and the Austin & Area Wildlife Sporting Clays Shoot.
